When ordering please specify
mineral #, mineral name, price. All orders will
be confirmed by email giving total amount due and will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
PAYMENT may be made by personal cheque, international money
order, or any of the above credit cards. Do not send card information
with your order. For security reasons we recommend you forward card number and expiry date in 2 separate
e-mails.
We never keep card data on our systems and we never share
our mailing lists with other organisations.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
1) Postage will be at cost based on the weight of the
package.
2)All
parcels under 1 kilogram gross weight, will be sent by Air Mail Small Packet.
3) We will register
all parcels, at no cost to you,
NB::If
we declare full value for Customs purposes, non-delivery or damage is
our responsibility. If we do not declare full value i.e. we
say they are "Minerals specimens of no commercial value" the
customer assumes all responsibility.
Registered mail must have a home address - post box numbers are not
acceptable in the USA or internationally.
Canadian residents please add GST (7%). Ontario residents add PST (8%)
